Q:
I have forgotten my event username and password, what can
I do?
A: Call or email our customer service
department at (847) 269-6176. We will be glad to look it up for you. You may
also contact your photographer directly.
Q:
What payment methods do you accept?
A: We make event specific payment arrangements with each contact. We have the
ability to accept secure online credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express.
In some cases, cash or check may be collected by your event coordinator who
has made arrangements with Cheap-Shots.
Q:
What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations can be made one week or greater in advance
of your reservation without penalty*. Cancellations
made in less than one week, and greater than 48 hours in advance
of your reservation
incur a penalty of 50% of your standard photographer's fee. Cancellations
made in less than or equal to 48 hours of your reservation incur
a penalty of 100% of your standard photographer's fee.
*Note: All
cancellations where the Cheap-Shots has already made pre-paid
travel arrangements will incur a penalty equivalent to the
amount of pre-paid travel expenses or any penalty that
Cheap-Shots will incur due to our cancellation of the travel
arrangements.

Q:
What size prints do you have available?
A: Our standard sizes are 4'' x 6'', 5'' x 7'', 8'' x 10'', and wallet size.
Larger sizes (16'' x 20'' & 20'' x 30'') may be available, however notice
before the event date is required.
Q:
Are digital copies of the photos available?
A: Yes. Custom made, digital CD-rom packages are available. You may
discuss these option when you book your photographer or call or email our
customer service department for details.
Q:
How long will it take before I receive my prints?
A:
It will all depends upon the volume of the order, concurrent
orders, and arrangements we have made with your organization
for delivery. Call or email our
customer service department for an estimate of the current work
load and about what arrangements your organization has made for
delivery.
Q:
How will I receive my prints?
A: You may make these arrangements specifically when you book your event. You
may choose between postal mail and delivery. Orders are batch shipped after
the ordering and payment deadlines.
Q:
Are your online payments secure?
A: We utilize state-of-the-art security technology to ensure the safety and
privacy of all our customers. We pass all credit card information through our
secure server using 128-bit encryption. Rest assured your information is safe.
Q:
Is air brushing or retouching available?
A: Egos are very precious. Air brushing and retouching is available for a minimal
cost as options to your photo order. Our services are limited to minor blemish
removal. Simply purchase it as an add-on service. For more advanced air brushing,
please
contact

service when you place your order.
Q:
Can you remove that beer can or other unmentionables?
A: Of course. Simply add the air brushing add-on option to
your order for the specific print and make a special note
of what you would like removed in the special instructions
section of the check out page, or call our customer service
department.
Q:
Can I download my pictures from the website?
A: Absolutely not. Each image is copyrighted by Cheap-Shots™
Photography. Any effort to download, copy, or reproduce any image
found on
this
website or copyrighted by us is unlawful.
Any breech of this policy will be prosecuted to the fullest extent
of the law.
Q:
Can you remove my picture?
A: We respect your privacy, and upon request will remove
your image. Contact our customer service department by email,
specifically referencing the image number and webpage URL address. |
